Day 4

Here's one for the road:

Question:

Chinese restaurants in India:

1) Are a poor excuse for chinese restraunts.

2) Get waiters from NE India and fool the customers into believing these guys are actually from China.

3) Serve a special Chinese dish called Gobi Manchurian that the Chinese aren't aware of.

4) Serve fortune cookies only to guests who have an eye in the forehead.

5) What a gas-bag of options are these?

They serve Indo-Chinese food. i.e. Chinese food in amchi Indian spices. And dare you call it a poor cousin of Chinese food. They are actually doing better. Look no further than London.
At last, we have something we can defeat the Chinese at.

Add Singapuri Noodles and Aang Kaang (Hong Kong pronounced by the street guy) noodles to the list!! and also Cantonese and Sechuan (called Schezwan) as well. By the way, Ive seen the Chinese Menus here..and tasted the food and trust me we'll run far far far far away from the food here. Anyday I prefer the Gopi or the yang kaang Noodles from our indian carts! :D
